Terms of Service

Orqelis builds and runs automations for your business — for example chasing invoices, following up suppliers, or moving records between your tools — and reports the results on a dashboard. We operate the automations on your behalf; you do not manage the underlying software.

Access to the dashboard is set up for you. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for telling us if you suspect it has been misused.

To run your automations we may need:

• accurate information about the work you want automated;
• access or credentials to the systems involved, which we store securely;
• timely responses when we need a decision or approval.

You confirm you are authorised to give us that access and information.

The service is billed as a monthly retainer in South African Rand, as agreed when you sign up. There is no minimum term: it is month to month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there is no cancellation fee. Any refund approach and setup terms are as set out in your service agreement.

You own your data. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time, subject to legal and accounting obligations. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the service reliable and monitor it continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Automations that depend on third-party services may be affected by those services being unavailable or changing. We will tell you if something you rely on breaks.

To the extent permitted by law, Orqelis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability in relation to the service is limited as set out in your service agreement.
