Getting started
What does Orqelis actually do?
We build, run and watch automations for your business. You don't pick software or learn a system — we set it up on our side, keep it running, and you see the results on your own dashboard.
How do we get started?
A short call or a WhatsApp chat. We work out what to automate, build it, test it on your real data, and switch it on.
How long does setup take?
Usually about a week, from the first conversation to it running.
Is there anything to install?
No. Nothing to install, nothing to learn. It runs on our systems.
Your tools
Do I need to change my tools?
No. We connect to what you already use — your accounting software, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and email.
What can you connect to?
Most tools: accounting packages, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and email. If it has an export or an API, we can usually automate it. If something can't be connected, we'll tell you honestly.
Will it work for my business?
If you have repetitive work that touches customers, money or records, yes. We've set this up for trades, salons, clinics, guest houses and more.
Keeping it reliable
What if something breaks?
You get a WhatsApp alert within minutes. We investigate and fix it the same day, and you see the resolution in your dashboard.
How do I know it's working?
Every run shows up in your dashboard with what it was worth, plus a weekly summary. And if an automation goes quiet without an error, we notice that too and tell you.
Pricing and terms
How much does it cost?
Plans start at R1,199 a month. The pricing page has the full detail.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The build and onboarding are included in the monthly price.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. It's month to month — you pay for the month, and you can stop at any time. There is no minimum term.
What's included, and what costs extra?
Each plan includes a fixed set of standard automations, with changes included per month. Anything outside that — or something bespoke — is quoted before we build.
Security and privacy
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited, and you can export it or ask us to delete it at any time. We never sell it, and we never use it to train AI. We work in line with POPIA.
Do you use my data to train AI?
No. Your data is used only to run your automations.
